Vista Equity Partners has agreed to acquire Quantios, a UK-based SaaS solutions provider for the global trust and corporate services industry, from Hg. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Hg's involvement began in 2022 with an investment in TrustQuay, followed by a merger in 2023 with ViewPoint (owned by EQT) to form Quantios. Under Hg's ownership, Quantios has become a global platform, serving nearly 700 organizations worldwide with its Quantios Core and Klea solutions. Guy Harrison is the CEO of Quantios.

Hg highlighted Quantios's position in a critical sector, its deep customer integration, and its technical edge in AI. The sale is anticipated to close in the third quarter of 2026. Baird and Deutsche Bank advised Hg on the sale.
