Nextalia has successfully raised over €1.1 billion for its second flagship fund, Nextalia Private Equity II (NPE , within five months of opening its fundraising. This latest fundraise brings the Italian private equity platform's total assets to over €3.4 billion. Over 200 investors committed capital to NPE II during its initial closing.

Advent International agreed to acquire FNZ Bank, a German provider of banking, custody, and transaction execution services for independent wealth management.
