Carve-Outs and Corporate Divestitures
Vista Equity Partners is carving out the public key infrastructure business of HID, an identity security unit that supplies certificate issuance and management, amid strong demand tied to the growth of digital machine identities. The move underscores how sponsors are pursuing focused identity assets as enterprises race to secure non-human access.
Telecoms and Infrastructure
Apax Partners will take full control of Dutch telecom provider Odido after agreeing to buy Warburg Pincus's stake, consolidating ownership of a business serving roughly 8 million consumers and businesses. In infrastructure, Ares has made its first European infrastructure equity investment with a stake in Statera's 1.9GW renewables portfolio.
Healthcare
PE sponsors continue to chase cardiometabolic care as the GLP-1 boom and the shift toward outpatient treatment reshape demand. Six deals in the segment involve Archi Med, General Catalyst and THL Partners. Frazier Healthcare's LUX Infusion is also expanding into Colorado through its acquisition of Suite Health, while Capital Dynamics has committed €14m as a co-investor in Quadrivio's Italian platform Care Hub.
Credit and Fund Activity

Adams Street has brought its venture platform to wealthy investors through a $363.5m evergreen fund. Meanwhile, Partners Group has reshaped its private equity team by cutting or reassigning dozens of roles as evergreen vehicles put pressure on the traditional model. Hamilton Lane, with $1.1trillion in assets under management, named Hartley Rogers co-CEO while Erik Hirsch becomes executive co-chairman.
Mid-Market and Consumer Deals
Bluegem is set to acquire Rispo Group, the Italian frozen foods maker behind arancini and pinsa, from Europe Capital Partners. ECI Partners' CSL Group has bought SIMPL Wireless, a Georgia-based eSIM provider for IoT devices. Venture and Startup Funding
