ASUS has shown off its upcoming ProArt 16 creator laptop powered by the NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X Arm SoC at IFA 2026, but no exact launch date was attached. Now, thanks to a new Weibo post by the official ASUS account, it has been revealed that ASUS will launch the ProArt P16 H7607 BA on October 8, 2026—at least in China. It's not clear if this will be a simultaneous international launch, but an international launch shouldn't be too far behind.

ASUS on Weibo: "Smooth local AI agent response, creative workflows no longer reliant on the cloud. World's first AI agent PC | ASUS ProArt 16. Equipped with NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X super chip. Reconstructing the boundaries of professional creation, local computing power accelerates the implementation of the entire workflow. Coming October 8th."

The ProArt P16 is positioned as a creator laptop, emphasizing the display with two variants: a 120 Hz, UDH+ (3840 × 2400) panel with 700 nits sustained and 1600 nits peak brightness, and another with 500 nits sustained and 1100 nits peak. It will be available with 24-128 GB of LPDDR5X unified memory and may be offered with both the 5120-core and 6144-core NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X SoCs. It will also feature a built-in SD card slot, dual 40 Gbps USB4/Thunderbolt 4 ports, and USB-C charging.
