VION Biosciences, backed by Iron Path Capital, has closed its acquisition of Prolytix, a provider of regulated bioanalytical and CMC services, research reagents, and custom sample collection products. The deal expands VION's regulated large molecule bioanalytical and CMC capabilities, including pharmacokinetic and immunogenicity testing, biomarker assays, and release testing. Combined with Cellular Technology Limited's functional immune monitoring, VION now offers connected testing services.

The acquisition also broadens VION's product offerings through reagents, plasma proteins, and IVD capabilities, deepening its position in diagnostic workflow inputs and OEM support. This marks VION's seventh deal since 2023, as it builds an integrated life sciences platform.
