Center Rock Capital Partners has closed its first continuation vehicle for Cape Coral, Florida-based Power Services Group. New 2ND Capital led the oversubscribed deal, joined by a syndicate of institutional investors including BBH Cedar Street Equity, Bregal, and Coller EQT. Center Rock and PSG management both made significant reinvestments.
PSG offers turnkey field and repair services, parts manufacturing, and engineering capabilities to utilities, independent power producers, and industrial customers nationwide through a network of facilities. The company combines Power Plant Services, Airco Power Services, Turbine Generator Maintenance, Turbine Resources, and Orbital Energy Services. Center Rock, headquartered in Chicago with an office in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, invests in lower middle-market industrial companies.
It reported over $1.7 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2025. New 2ND Capital is currently investing its fourth fund with $2.6 billion in regulatory assets under management. PJT Partners served as exclusive financial adviser to PSG and Center Rock.
