Huawei's upcoming Mate 90 series is set to launch in China on October 1, with key specifications for all four models now leaked by tipster Digital Chat Station. The base model Mate 90 will reportedly feature the Kirin 9030 chipset, while the Mate 90 Pro is expected to be powered by the Kirin 9035 So C chipset and include a 6.75 inch dual-layer OLED display.

The Mate 90 Pro Max and Mate 90 RS are both tipped to run on the Kirin 9050 Pro chipset. The Pro Max variant is said to offer a larger 6.9 inch dual-layer OLED display, a primary rear camera with 18EV of dynamic range, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. The Collector's Edition will reportedly support a 1 inch 10x zoom lens.

Meanwhile, the Mate 90 RS is expected to match the Pro Max specs but with a high gloss titanium unibody design. Recent leaks indicate the RS model will be available in White, Black, and Red color options. More details about the Huawei Mate 90 lineup will be revealed at the official launch in a few days.
