When Stella Orrin was told she had made her first senior matchday squad, there were so many tears that Wales head coach Sean Lynn had to call her back to confirm. The 20-year-old prop's debut off the bench in Wales' victory over the Barbarians in June was described as 'the best day of my life so far'. She was so emotional during the national anthem that she burst into tears.

Orrin, who played for Brython Thunder in the Celtic Challenge last season, is now training with the senior Wales squad ahead of the WXV Global Series matches against South Africa, USA and Japan. 'My time will come,' she said about earning a full Test cap, adding 'I'm in no rush to get there, but if I could it would be great.'.
