TikTok and Apple have partnered to bring Apple Music integration directly into the TikTok app, allowing subscribers to play full-length songs without leaving the platform. When users discover a track they like on their For You page, they can tap a Play Full Song button to launch an Apple Music player within TikTok.

This new feature, built using Apple's MusicKit framework, lets listeners continue streaming a personalized playlist of recommended songs after the initial track ends. Artists will continue to receive standard streaming royalties for plays through this integration. The companies are also rolling out a Listening Party feature that creates shared, real-time listening sessions where fans can interact with each other and artists.

Both features are rolling out worldwide over the coming weeks, requiring users to update their TikTok app to access the new functionality. This integration represents a significant step in bridging short-form video discovery with full-length music streaming, potentially increasing engagement for both platforms while providing artists with new ways to connect with fans.
