Microsoft is set to drop OneDrive support for iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, removing compatibility with several older iPhone models and one iPad. The change will affect the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max, as these devices cannot be updated to iOS 26. Similarly, the seventh-generation iPad will lose support when the app’s minimum requirement rises to iPadOS 26.
OneDrive version 18.12.1 is the final release to support iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, according to TestFlight beta notes. Microsoft has added a notice to its App Store listing indicating the change will happen.
