Apple has introduced a new special edition Apple Watch band for Black History Month. The Unity Connection Braided Solo Loop features the red, green, and black colors of the Pan-African flag. Made from recycled polyester yarn and ultrathin silicone, the band is sweat and water-resistant, with a soft, textured feel.

This release continues Apple's annual Black Unity series, designed by Black creatives and allies within the company. Alongside the band, Apple announced new grants to organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Urban Arts in New York City, supporting creative programs in under-resourced communities globally.

The Unity Connection Braided Solo Loop is available now for order in 42mm and 46mm sizes, with band sizes from 0 to 12. It will arrive in Apple Stores later this week. Apple continues to sell two previous Black Unity bands, the Unity Bloom and Unity Rhythm.
