Apple has expanded two significant health features to new international markets. Hearing Aid capabilities for AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods Pro 3 are now available in Italy, Romania, and Czechia, while Apple Watch hypertension alerts have launched in Israel.

The AirPods Pro Hearing Aid feature turns the earbuds into an over-the-counter alternative for mild to moderate hearing loss. Users take a Hearing Test to create a personalized profile that adjusts voices, music, and videos to optimal levels. Loud Sound Reduction also protects hearing by reducing high-decibel ambient noise in Transparency and Adaptive modes. The feature requires iOS 26 or iPadOS 26.

Apple Watch hypertension alerts detect signs of chronic high blood pressure using heart rate sensor data collected over a 30-day period. This feature works on Apple Watch Series 9 and later, plus the Apple Watch Ultra 2. The expansions bring Apple's health-focused hardware strategy to more users worldwide.
