Xiaomi has launched two photography accessories for its flagship smartphone: the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Photography Kit and the Photography Kit Pro. Both add manual controls to enhance the phone's imaging capabilities, with the Pro version featuring a magnetic case, filter threads, and a dedicated photography grip designed for professional mobile photographers seeking greater creative control.

The €200 Pro kit includes a magnetic case with detachable filter threads, rotatable adapter rings, and a photography grip that connects via USB-C. The grip features a two-stage shutter button, zoom lever, video button, and customizable dial controlling exposure, ISO, or white balance. Its 2,000mAh battery can charge the phone when battery levels drop below 20%, though it loses MagSafe compatibility.

The simpler, €140 non-Pro kit features a case with integrated grip connected via Bluetooth. While lacking the advanced controls of its premium counterpart, it still provides tactile shutter buttons and support for Xiaomi's Fastshot street photography mode. Both kits offer IP54 weather protection, with the Pro kit available only in black and the non-Pro in black, white, and purple.
