Xiaomi refreshed its Poco X8 Pro lineup with a new Bold Yellow color variant that brings distinctive styling to the mid-range smartphone. The company designed this paintjob to evoke racetrack aesthetics, featuring prominent stripes and black accenting around the frame edges.

Unlike the standard Black, White, and Mint Green versions, Bold Yellow sports an industrial-inspired back panel with visible bolt details and semi-transparent elements. The signature Dynamic RGB LED lighting around the camera module carries over to this new variant, maintaining the phone's gaming-oriented visual appeal.

However, availability comes with limitations. Xiaomi only offers Bold Yellow in select configurations: 8GB/256GB, 8GB/512GB, and 12GB/512GB models. Notably, the 12GB/256GB option available in other colors is absent from this release. The launch pricing starts at $369, marking a $39 premium over the original $330 March debut.

This color refresh suggests Xiaomi aims to extend the Poco X8 Pro's market lifespan while targeting style-conscious buyers who want standout aesthetics. The limited configuration options may frustrate some shoppers, but the aggressive pricing keeps it competitive in the crowded mid-range segment.
