Last year, the Xiaomi 17 Pro and Xiaomi 17 Pro Max were launched only in China, never reaching international markets. This year, the situation appears to be changing. New reports claim the Xiaomi 18 Pro will debut in Europe, Türkiye, Russia, Taiwan, and Japan, while another source suggests a launch in India alongside the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max. Confusion remains, as earlier rumors stated the 18 Pro would not enter India, and the Max model was not mentioned at all.

Spec-wise, the 18 Pro is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, featuring two 200MP SmartSens camera sensors with a 1/1.28‑inch sensor on the main camera. Additional upgrades include enhanced speakers, a larger vibration motor, and a battery of at least 7,000 mAh, supporting both 100W wired and wireless charging.

These developments hint at a broader global rollout for Xiaomi’s flagship, potentially expanding the brand’s footprint beyond its domestic stronghold.
