A leak confirmed that Xiaomi’s upcoming 17T will ship with a 6.59‑inch AMOLED panel, 1268×2756 resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood sits MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 Ultra SoC paired with 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and either 256 GB or 512 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. A 6,500 mAh battery supports 67 W wired charging, while the rear rig offers a 50 MP main sensor, a 50 MP 5× telephoto and a 12 MP ultrawide; selfies are handled by a 32 MP shooter.

The larger 17T Pro steps up with a 6.83‑inch AMOLED display at 1280×2772 and a 144 Hz panel, powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500. It keeps 12 GB RAM but doubles internal space to 512 GB UFS 4.1 and adds a 7,000 mAh cell capable of 100 W wired and 50 W wireless charging. Camera upgrades focus on the main shooter, now a 50 MP Light Fusion 950 unit, while the telephoto and ultrawide remain unchanged. Pricing leaks place the Pro at €999.

Both models will run Android 16 topped with HyperOS 3 and arrive in blue, black or purple. Dimensions grow modestly: the 17T measures 157.6 × 75.2 × 8.17 mm at 200 g, while the Pro is 162.2 × 77.5 × 8.25 mm and 219 g. At €749 for the base 17T, the lineup nudges the T series from its former flagship‑killer pricing into true premium territory, echoing a broader shift toward higher‑end specs in Xiaomi’s midrange strategy.
