vivo has begun the global rollout of its X300 Ultra and X300 FE smartphones, expanding beyond their initial China and Russia launches. The company confirmed the international release but has not disclosed pricing or specific market availability dates for most regions. Spanish shoppers can expect the X300 Ultra on April 24, while other European markets may follow the same timeline.

The X300 Ultra serves as vivo's flagship imaging device for 2025, featuring a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The device boasts a massive 6,600 mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging capabilities. Its camera system includes a 200MP main sensor with gimbal stabilization, a 200MP periscope telephoto with 3.7x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide with autofocus.

The X300 FE, essentially a rebranded S50 Pro mini for international markets, offers a more compact 6.31-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate and 5,000-nit peak brightness. It features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, a 6,500 mAh battery with 90W wired charging, and a triple-camera setup headlined by a 50MP main sensor. Both models run Android 16 with vivo's OriginOS interface and will compete in the premium smartphone segment against offerings from Samsung, Apple, and other flagship devices.
