vivo has rolled out its X300 Ultra and X300 FE in India, matching global specs for pre-order. The Ultra, in Eclipse Black and Victory Green, starts at INR 1,59,999 for 16GB/512GB, while the FE begins at INR 79,999 for 12GB/256GB. Both feature premium cameras: the Ultra with a 200MP 1/1.2-inch primary sensor and 3.7x optical zoom, and the FE with a 50MP main sensor and 3x zoom. Pre-orders via vivo’s online store, Amazon India, and Flipkart begin May 14, with sales expanding offline.

The Ultra sports a 6.82-inch 144Hz LTPO display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 6,600mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, and a 200MP primary sensor. Its FE variant, slightly more compact, has a 6.31-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, and a 50MP main camera.
