vivo is preparing to launch its V70 and V70 Elite models in India this mid-February, succeeding the V60 lineup. The new handsets are expected to feature Snapdragon chipsets, large-format Sony sensors, and Zeiss optics for enhanced photography.

OriginOS 6 will power the devices, bringing AI-enhanced capabilities. A separate V70 FE model is also in development, with recent certification in Indonesia suggesting a later debut. The V70 FE may be a rebranded version of the S50 launched in China.

Industry watchers expect these releases to strengthen vivo’s mid-to-high-end portfolio. The integration of advanced camera systems and AI features positions the V70 series to compete against rivals like Xiaomi and Samsung in the premium smartphone segment.
