The Tecno Pova 8 Pro has been officially unveiled by Tecno, featuring a cutting-edge Alive Matrix Display and a P1 Graphic Chip designed for enhanced gaming experiences. The smartphone is equipped with the powerful Dimensity 7400 Ultimate SoC processor, supporting up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage. It boasts 144FPS gaming capabilities thanks to game frame interpolation, along with 90FPS performance in RPG titles and 144FPS in FPS and MOBA games. Running on HiOS 16, the device receives two Android OS upgrades and three years of security patches from Tecno.

On the hardware side, the Pova 8 Pro showcases a stunning 6.78-inch 144Hz Hyper Lux AMOLED display with 4,500 nits peak brightness and an impressive 2,644x1,208-pixel resolution. Its unique Alive Matrix Display, housed within a triangular camera island using mini LED technology, offers customization options. The phone also features a dual-camera setup with a 50MP primary lens and an 8MP ultrawide camera, complemented by a selfie camera with a 13MP sensor.

Powered by a 6,500 mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging, the device includes advanced features like an in-display fingerprint scanner, 5,000mm² VC cooling system, IR blaster, NFC, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. Available in Arc White, Graphite Black, and Tundra Green, the standard model launches in India on August 18, alongside a limited edition Tonino Lamborghini variant.
