The active device appears at the top with its Samsung Care+ eligibility status, while other linked devices are listed below. Bixby integration allows diagnostics for battery, charging, sensors, touch response, and connectivity issues directly from this menu.

Users can request repairs at Samsung-authorized service centers staffed by Samsung-certified technicians using genuine Samsung parts, or initiate remote support sessions. The menu also displays estimated costs for major parts and highlights potential savings with Samsung Care+.
