Samsung has finally put a name to the device that leaked in November and surfaced in Geekbench tests earlier this year. A brief listing on the company's Brazilian site shows the Galaxy A27 will support Samsung Wallet, confirming its existence ahead of a formal unveiling. The confirmation gives shoppers a concrete reference point for the rumored midrange handset.

Powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC and equipped with 6 GB of RAM, the A27 will ship with Android 16 out of the box. Its design mirrors the recently released Galaxy A37 and A57, featuring a 6.7‑inch FHD+ AMOLED panel that refreshes at 120 Hz. Rumors persist that the camera stack will include a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide lens and a 2 MP macro unit.

By aligning the A27 with the existing A‑series aesthetic and a fresh OS version, Samsung signals a continued push into the value segment where competition is fierce. Consumers can expect a balanced mix of performance and display quality without the premium price tag, positioning the phone as a solid alternative to other midrange offerings.
