Redmi unveiled the Note 17 Pro alongside the Note 17 yesterday for the Chinese market. A full disassembly video by Weki Home has already surfaced, offering a close look at the phone’s internals.

Getting inside the Redmi Note 17 Pro is a matter of removing the plastic back cover, which is lined with foam to keep water and dust out. The NFC coil sits to the right of the cameras, and heat is managed by a film that stretches from the battery to the motherboard.

The main camera uses Samsung’s ISOCELL JN5 1/2.76" sensor, while the selfie unit grabs images with an Omni Vision OV08F 1/4" sensor. The device runs LPDDR4X RAM and Samsung‑made UFS 4.0 storage, but the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 limits the ROM to UFS 3.1 speeds at most.

The 9,000 mAh battery by Sunwoda contains 13% silicon and is paired with a 67W charger that peaks at 54.7 W, achieving a 1 %‑to‑100 % charge in 84 minutes. Display brightness tops 1,100 nits under manual mode, and a 4,700 mm² stainless‑steel vapor chamber under the screen adds to the phone’s durability.
