Realme 16 features a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, rated for 4,500 nits peak brightness. The device uses a plastic frame and back, with an IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ingress protection rating for water and dust resistance.

A distinctive camera visor on the rear houses three lenses, headlined by a 50MP main sensor. The setup includes a selfie mirror for using the primary camera for self-portraits. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset, offers 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and boots Android 16.

Powering the phone is a substantial 7,000 mAh battery with 60W fast charging. Listings confirm microSD card expansion and 256GB of internal storage. The launch is reportedly scheduled for February, positioning the Realme 16 as a mid-range contender ahead of its official debut.
