Oppo has officially launched the A6s 5G, a new mid-range smartphone now listed on its website. The device targets users needing long battery life, packing a substantial 7,000 mAh cell paired with 80W wired charging for a claimed 64-minute full recharge. Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, a capable chip for this segment, backed by LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage in configurations up to 8GB/256GB.

The A6s features a large 6.75-inch LCD screen with a 720x1570 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a bright 1,125-nit peak. Camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP monochrome lens on the back, plus a 16MP selfie shooter. Notably, Oppo promises '60-month fluency protection,' aiming for smooth performance over five years.

It also carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. However, it launches with ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, despite Android 16's release last year.
