Oppo just announced the A6 and A6 5G, adding two new budget-focused phones to its lineup. The devices are nearly identical, with the main difference being their processors: the standard A6 uses a Snapdragon 685, while the 5G model gets a Dimensity 6300 for cellular upgrades. Both phones are built around a massive 7,000mAh battery that supports 45W wired and reverse charging.

They also carry serious durability credentials, boasting IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. The pair runs ColorOS 15 on top of Android 15 out of the box. Display specs match across the board: a 6.75-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, peaking at 900 nits.

An 8MP selfie shooter sits in a punch-hole. Around back, you get a 50MP main camera paired with a 2MP monochrome sensor. Video recording is limited to 1080p.

Connectivity is standard with Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0. Memory options range from 4GB to 8GB of RAM on the A6, while the 5G version goes up to 12GB. Storage scales from 128GB to 256GB.

Colorways include Aurora Gold and Sapphire Blue for the A6, and Sakura Pink with Sapphire Blue for the 5G variant. Oppo has not yet announced pricing or global availability.
