Leaks of Samsung’s next smartwatch have intensified, and leaker Evan Blass posted a fresh set of renders that look official. The images depict a design almost identical to the current Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, retaining the 47mm case and rugged silhouette. Subtle tweaks include slimmer display bezels and new bezel markers, hinting at a modest visual refresh. Battery life and health tracking upgrades remain under wraps.

The back of the device confirms several specs that have been circulating. Samsung will equip the Ultra 2 with sapphire crystal protection, LTE connectivity, GPS and a 10 ATM water‑resistance rating, matching its predecessor’s durability. Rumors of a larger battery persist, with talk of an 800 mAh cell that could extend wear time significantly. The upgrade could also improve charging speed.

Samsung plans to unveil the Ultra 2 alongside the Galaxy Watch 9, Galaxy Glasses, Fold 8 and Flip 8 at next month's Galaxy Unpacked event. Bundling a refreshed premium watch with its broader hardware slate signals a push to keep the wearable line competitive against rivals like Apple and Garmin. Consumers can expect the new model on shelves shortly after the launch.
