Lenovo has officially unveiled its first Android gaming handheld, the Lenovo Cloud Gaming Handheld G700, entering a market dominated by Valve's Steam Deck. A standout feature is the proprietary Legion Stream protocol, which enables streaming from a PC without a network connection using an included dongle, alongside standard cloud streaming capabilities.

The hardware is mid-range, featuring a 7.82-inch FHD LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate rather than the OLED displays found on competitors. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset with an active cooling system, paired with 6GB, 8GB, or 12GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage, expandable via microSD. An 8,000 mAh battery promises long sessions, and the device launches on Android 16. Connectivity includes a 3.5mm jack, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 5.3, and Wi-Fi 6E.

The handheld is currently exclusive to the Chinese market, with the 8GB/256GB variant starting at CNY 2,199 (~$330). Lenovo has not announced plans for global availability.
