iQOO has officially launched the iQOO Pad Ultra, a gaming-focused small tablet featuring an 8.8-inch AMOLED display with 2304x1440 resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, and up to 4,500-nit peak local brightness. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset, it includes iQOO's self-developed Q4 gaming chip and Wi-Fi enhancement chip, along with an active cooling fan for sustained performance. The device features a 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, symmetrical dual speakers, two X-axis linear vibration motors, RGB lighting on the back, and a metal unibody design in silver and black.

It runs Android 17 with Origin OS 7 and is equipped with a 9,020 mAh battery supporting 66W wired charging. Pricing starts at CNY 5,999 (~$890) for the 12GB/256GB model, increasing to CNY 8,999 (~$1,335) for the top-tier 16GB/1TB variant, with prices rising after October 6.
