Honor has quietly rolled out its latest budget 4G smartphone, the Honor X7e, targeting select markets with a focus on battery life. The device centers around a massive 7,500mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging, though some regions will see a 7,000mAh variant instead.

Under the hood, the phone runs Android 16-based MagicOS 10.0 powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra chipset. A 6.6-inch LCD display delivers HD+ resolution with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, while the camera setup includes a 50MP main shooter paired with an auxiliary lens. The front-facing 5MP camera handles selfies and video calls.

Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, IP64 rating for dust and water resistance, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a dedicated one-tap AI key. Connectivity options cover Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band Wi-Fi, dual SIM 4G, GPS, and USB 2.0 Type-C.

The Honor X7e is available now in Malaysia priced at MYR 899 ($225) for the 6GB/256GB model, offered in Midnight Black and Sunset Orange. This silent launch strategy suggests Honor is testing market response before broader rollout.
