The device includes ActiveTrack 8.0 for agile subject tracking and Apple DockKit compatibility for iPhone direct connection. Its built-in tripod opens wider for enhanced stability during shooting sessions.

The gimbal offers a 3-axis stabilization system, weighs 386g, and delivers 10-hour battery life from its 3,350 mAh unit. Users can charge their phones via USB-C while using the device. The 360-degree Infinite Spin enables smooth captures from any angle through unlimited horizontal rotation, with support for low-angle shots from a child's or pet's perspective.

Priced at €159 for the standard combo, the Osmo Mobile 8P is available in two premium bundles. For €189, users receive the DJI Multifunctional Module 2 with an eight-level fill light and gesture-controlled subject tracking. The top-tier option at €219 adds the DJI Mic Mini 2 for enhanced audio recording capabilities.
