Google announced enhanced Instagram features developed in collaboration with Meta. The app will gain support for Ultra HDR photo capture, improved video stabilization, and Night Sight integration. Instagram Edits will include Smart Enhancement for AI-powered upscaling and built-in sound separation. Meanwhile, Instagram for Android tablets receives optimization for larger displays.

Google confirmed Adobe Premiere will arrive on Android soon. Additionally, Android 17 introduces support for the APV video format on flagship smartphones with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, including devices like the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and vivo X300 Ultra.
