Samsung has expanded its Certified Re-Newed program, making refurbished phones available on Amazon.com in the US for the first time. Previously, these devices were only sold directly through Samsung. The refurbished units are serviced by Samsung specialists using genuine Samsung parts, including battery replacements, and must pass 147 quality checks before earning the Certified Re-Newed label. Each phone receives a new IMEI and comes with a limited 1-year warranty. Customers can also opt for Samsung Care+, which covers unlimited accidental damage from handling such as drops, spills, and mechanical breakdowns.
The phones ship in new, 100% recyclable packaging containing a charging cable, SIM ejector, and quick start guide. Available models include the Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, with prices ranging from $490 to $1,030 depending on storage and model.
Samsung added the Galaxy S26 series to its Certified Re-Newed program in the US and UK in September, but these are not yet available on Amazon. Foldable models are also excluded from the Amazon offering and must be purchased through Samsung.com.
