Adobe and Nvidia have announced a strategic partnership to build the next generation of Adobe's Firefly AI platform. This collaboration comes as Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen prepares to step down from his role after 17 years at the company's helm. The partnership will integrate Nvidia's computing technologies and AI models directly into Firefly's creative tools.

Firefly users will gain access to Nvidia's CUDA-X computing libraries, Cosmos models, and agentic AI tools. The companies are developing a cloud-native 3D digital twin solution for marketing applications, allowing brands to create virtual product replicas instead of physical photoshoots. Adobe will also leverage Nvidia's NemoClaw tool with enhanced privacy controls to deploy and manage AI agents.

The integration will extend across Adobe's entire product suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat. Nvidia's technology will enhance Firefly Foundry and GenStudio capabilities, enabling automated research and content creation workflows. This partnership represents a significant expansion of the two companies' 20-year relationship, aiming to deliver enterprise-grade AI workflows that transform creative and marketing processes.
