Dual Format delivers a full‑screen vertical view for mobile viewers while desktop audiences see the traditional horizontal layout. In portrait mode, creators can switch to a split view; rotating the phone returns the stream to horizontal. Alongside Dual Format, Twitch pushes 2K (1440p) streaming, raising allowed bitrates to 9 Mbps for 1440p and 7.5 Mbps for 1080p.
