Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy Card, offering enhanced cash rewards specifically for purchases of the company's products. Ahead of its July 22 Unpacked event, Samsung revealed the new credit card, which provides a five percent cash reward on eligible purchases made directly with Samsung. For instance, buying a $1,500 Galaxy Z Fold 7 would yield a $75 reward.

New cardholders can also receive a $200 cash reward if they spend $2,000 within the first 90 days of account opening. Beyond Samsung product purchases, the card offers a three percent reward on Samsung Wallet transactions and two percent on streaming services, with a one percent reward on all other purchases. Additionally, cardholders receive a 20 percent discount on Samsung's VIP Advantage loyalty/warranty platform.

The Samsung Galaxy Card becomes available on July 22, with applications accepted online and at Samsung retail stores. This launch follows similar branded credit card offerings from tech giants like Apple and Amazon.
