PlayStation Plus rolls out its May lineup on May 5, adding three titles that span platforming, sports and soulslike RPGs. Taiwanese indie studio RedCandleGames brings Nine Sols, a 2D action‑platformer that mixes cyber‑punk aesthetics with Sekiro‑style combat. The game, fresh from a string of awards at Gamescom and SXSW, will be playable on both PS4 and PS5.

Chinese developer Leenzee teams with 505 Games for Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, a dark‑fantasy soulslike that debuted on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in July 2025. Players control Wuchang, an amnesiac pirate warrior navigating a Ming‑Dynasty world plagued by monsters and a spreading disease. The title joins the May drop for PS5 subscribers only.

EA Sports FC 26 rounds out the trio, arriving on both PS4 and PS5 with an overhauled UI, refreshed mechanics and a new Live Challenges mode. The soccer simulation lists more than 20,000 players across 750 clubs and national teams, giving subscribers a massive roster to experiment with. April’s freebies—Lords of the Fallen, Tomb Raider I‑III Remastered and Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream—expire on May 4, making the May additions the only fresh content for members.
