Honor launched the Magic V6 just seven months after its predecessor, rushing to maintain the title of world's thinnest foldable. The white model measures an incredibly slim 8.75mm folded and 4.0mm open, while other colorways are slightly thicker at 9mm and 4.1mm.

Despite the rushed timeline, the V6 gains a larger 6,660mAh battery (7,000mAh+ in China) and sheds weight to 219-224g, lighter than iPhone 17 Pro Max. Internally, Honor redesigned components to accommodate the battery, while upgrading to Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.

Most features remain unchanged from the V5, including identical camera setup. Honor emphasizes Apple ecosystem compatibility, marketing the Android device as a "macOS companion." This quick update appears driven by marketing needs rather than meaningful innovation.
