Changing your home address in Apple Maps can be frustrating, but there's a straightforward method. The key is understanding that your iPhone uses your contact card as the source for your home address across the system, including Maps.

To update it, open the Contacts app, tap My Card at the top, then Edit. Scroll to the address fields, enter your new details, and save. This updates your home address everywhere it's used, from online forms to Maps directions.

However, if you have a pinned home location in Apple Maps, it won't update automatically. Pinned addresses cannot be edited, so you must delete the old pin and create a new one at your updated address. Remember to do this after changing your contact card.
