After missing developer beta builds for iOS 26.4, macOS Tahoe, and iPadOS 26.4, the next probable arrival window for this significant update is Apple's annual developer showcase.

The new Siri will feature an interface similar to popular chatbots like ChatGPT and Claude, with Google Gemini models powering the experience. Apple's $1 billion annual investment in Google's technology forms the foundation for Apple Foundation Models that will create the enhanced Siri functionality. Beyond Siri, Apple plans to refine its Liquid Glass UI with a system-wide slider allowing users to control the glass effect intensity.
