Samsung has reportedly started rolling out One UI 8.5 Beta 6 to Galaxy S25 users in India, just a day after the Galaxy S26 series launch. The latest beta build addresses several bugs that have been bothering users since Beta 5, including issues with Bixby's wake-up phrase and Now Bar functionality.

According to tipster Tarun Vats, the update is being pushed to Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra models with specific build versions. The patch fixes problems like duplicate buttons in the Gallery app's sketch conversion feature and lock screen style changes in Basic mode. Samsung also improved notification card animations and resolved camera area settings crashes.

The timing is notable as it comes immediately after Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked event, where the company unveiled the Galaxy S26 series with its new Privacy Display feature. While the S26 series ships with the latest software, Galaxy S25 owners are still waiting for the final stable release of One UI 8.5, making this beta the latest step in Samsung's software refinement process.
