Samsung launched two major products in the U.S. on Nov. 6: the Galaxy SmartTag 3 tracker and Galaxy Buds On open-ear earbuds. The SmartTag 3 features a slimmer design, long-range tracking up to 60 meters via Compass View, and new Place Notification and Movement Detection Alert features that warn users when tagged items enter or leave predefined zones or start moving. It also offers Location History, cross-OS support, and access to the Galaxy Find Network. Pricing is $29.99 for a single tracker or $99 for a four-pack.
The Galaxy Buds On debut as Samsung's first clip-on, open-ear buds at $229. Each bud weighs 6.65g and was refined using 119 million ear data points for comfort. Key features include Twin Boost Speaker for automatic volume adjustment, Audio Leakage Reduction for privacy, support for Google Gemini Live voice commands, and head gestures to answer calls, swipe notifications, and silence alarms.
