Samsung Galaxy Routines Get Expiration Scheduling in One UI 8.5

Samsung's One UI 8.5 update finally gives Galaxy users control over how long their routines stay active, ending the frustration of endless automation. Previously, routines like Do Not Disturb or Wi-Fi toggling would run indefinitely unless manually turned off. Now, One UI 8.5 introduces three scheduling options: 'Forever', 'Choose date', or 'Run only once'.

This means temporary automations, such as travel or meeting routines, can now expire automatically, reducing the need for constant micromanagement. The update addresses a long-standing pain point in Samsung's powerful built-in automation tools.
