Ted Lasso season 5 production is set to begin in January 2027, according to industry insider Sigmund Judge. Filming will take place in London, with the show potentially returning to Apple TV by summer 2027. This update comes after season 4 wraps its run in October.

Despite the long gap since season 3, Apple and Jason Sudeikis have planned multiple new seasons. Season 4 episodes continue airing through October 7, giving fans more Lasso content while waiting. Although Apple has not officially renewed the series, a renewal announcement is expected near the end of season 4's run.
