The comedy series Ted Lasso has returned with its fourth season, with the premiere episode now available on Apple TV. This marks the show's comeback three years after its third season finale, which many anticipated would be the last.

Season 4 sees Ted Lasso, portrayed by Jason Sudeikis, return to Richmond to coach a women's football team, bringing the series back to its underdog origins. Joining Sudeikis are returning cast members Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, and Jeremy Swift. Notable new additions include Tanya Reynolds and Aisling Sharkey. However, many actors from the men's AFC Richmond team, such as Phil Dunster, will not be returning.

Ted Lasso remains a flagship show for Apple, having secured Emmy Awards for Outstanding Comedy Series for its first two seasons. The new season's episodes will be released weekly on Wednesdays through October 7. To commemorate the launch, Apple is hosting a look-alike contest at its Fifth Avenue store.
