Smart Gym's latest update significantly enhances its iPhone app, making it easier for users to manually adjust and log exercises on the go. Previously available on the Apple Watch app, the flexibility to quickly modify details like reps and weight during workouts now extends to the iPhone.

Users can opt for a new "Inline Logging" interface, allowing them to adjust values, log sets, and add new ones without leaving the current screen. This view also displays the originally planned set values for comparison, aiding users in staying on track and monitoring progress. The update also introduces a redesigned keyboard with quick adjustment buttons for values and set types (regular, warm-up, drop sets), aiming to save users valuable training time.

Furthermore, a revamped Smart Action Button intelligently predicts and presents the most relevant next action, such as 'Log Set + Start Rest' or 'Next Exercise,' adapting to the user's workout flow. The app's intelligence for this button has been improved to better recognize user actions and context. Additionally, the iPhone's physical Action Button can be configured to trigger Smart Gym's Smart Action Button for even faster workout management. Smart Gym is available for free on the App Store with various subscription options.
