For iPad, any model with Apple silicon (M1 and later, A17 Pro and later) qualifies, though enhanced voice customization requires M4 chips with 12GB memory.

Mac compatibility includes all models with Apple silicon processors, specifically M1 and later chips plus the upcoming A18 Pro. Apple Watch Series 9 and later, including the Ultra 2 and SE 3, work when paired with supported iPhones. All Apple Vision Pro models support the feature, but advanced voice customization is limited to the M5 version.

Apple restricts its most powerful on-device AI model to this same tier of newer hardware, suggesting performance differences may be noticeable. This hardware gating strategy could push users toward recent device upgrades, though the full impact on Siri's functionality remains unclear until the public release.
