Apple TV’s original series Pluribus hit a record high in U.S. Nielsen viewership after its season finale, climbing 40% to 483 million minutes viewed in one week. The show ranked sixth on Nielsen’s Top 10 Originals chart, marking Apple’s sole entry in the weekly top 10.

That jump placed Pluribus ahead of popular titles like Mayor of Kingstown and Percy Jackson. Despite having only nine episodes, it matched longer-running competitors. Stranger Things dominated overall with nearly 6.9 billion minutes, but Pluribus’ performance signaled strong audience engagement for Apple’s original content.

The success aligns with Apple’s claim that Pluribus is its most-watched show ever, though the company hasn’t released exact global figures. Viewers can currently stream the series on Apple TV, whose monthly subscription costs $12.99 and includes other hits like Severance and The Morning Show.
