iOS 27 introduces a new feature called Call Context, designed to enhance the Phone app experience. This Apple Intelligence feature automatically displays relevant information on the call screen when a user is speaking with a business. For instance, if you're on a call with an airline, Call Context can proactively surface your flight confirmation code directly from your Mail app.

During testing of the iOS 27 beta, the feature proved to be a "no-brainer addition." In one instance, after booking flights with Southwest Airlines, the flight information, including the confirmation number, appeared on the iPhone screen when a call was made to the airline. The iPhone even offered to read the confirmation number aloud. The system also intelligently displayed details for other stacked flights.

Call Context is initially available only in English and is limited to devices that support Apple Intelligence, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. This new functionality aims to streamline communication by providing immediate access to crucial details during business calls.
