As noted by Aaron Perris on X, the window for downgrading to iOS 26 has effectively closed. While iOS 26.7 was released last week, Apple currently does not offer a restore image for it, unlike iPadOS 26.7. Users on earlier iOS 26 versions can install the update over-the-air, but those on iOS 27 cannot use it to downgrade.
